How can I contact Furmily?
Email support@furmily.ai. Furmily is operated by FUTURE WINNER TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. This is the support contact for the app and website.

For a technical issue, include your phone model, operating system version, Furmily version, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help if it does not contain personal or payment information.
For a purchase issue, tell us which store you used and what the app shows on its Pro screen. You can find setup instructions and purchase-restoration steps on our Support page.
How do I request account or data help?
Delete your account from Settings → Delete account in Furmily. If you cannot access your account, email from the address associated with it so we can verify your request. Store subscriptions need to be cancelled separately.
