Privacy Policy

Furmily is operated by FUTURE WINNER TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we process information through the Furmily app and website. Furmily is designed to help you focus while keeping sensitive Screen Time information on your device.

Information we process

When you sign in, we process the account identifier and profile information supplied by Apple or Google. We store your Furmily preferences, pet progress, focus sessions, and subscription status so the app can provide and synchronize its features.

Screen Time and Family Controls

Apple Screen Time selection tokens and readable app and website identities stay on your device. Furmily synchronizes available aggregate usage summaries, selection counts, protection schedules and events with Supabase, associated with your account and a randomly generated installation identifier. These records support app functionality and are not used for advertising.

Service providers

Supabase processes authentication, account and profile data, saved focus sessions, pet progress, and synchronized usage summaries and protection settings. Apple and Google process sign-in when you choose their services. Apple processes iOS purchases; RevenueCat processes your Furmily account identifier, purchase history and subscription status to validate purchases, restore access and manage entitlements.

Tracking and advertising

Furmily does not use your data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising, and does not sell or share your personal data with data brokers. Account names and identifiers are used to provide app features, not for advertising tracking.

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics on product, guide, and support pages to measure visits and download-link clicks. We retain only supported campaign labels from links (UTM source, medium, campaign, and content); other query values and sharing tokens are excluded. A store-link click does not confirm an app installation. Local previews are excluded. The Order interest page does not collect payment details or create an order.

Sharing and NFC

If you opt into the leaderboard, your chosen display name and ranking information are visible to other users. Shared companion links and NFC tags can be opened by anyone who has them. Tag interactions may record the tag identifier, action and device platform to operate the feature.

Your choices

You can delete your account in Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account does not cancel store subscriptions. You can revoke Screen Time access in iOS Settings, change protected apps in Furmily, or request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing us.
