Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Furmily app and website, operated by FUTURE WINNER TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Furmily, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Using Furmily

Furmily provides focus, rest, app-protection, and virtual-pet experiences for personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.

2. Your account

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity on your account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Focus tools and virtual content

App protection depends on your device, operating system, and permissions. You can manage Screen Time access in iOS Settings. Furmily is not a medical service or a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Virtual pets, care, and treats are in-app features and have no cash value.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Furmily Pro offers auto-renewable subscriptions for 1 month or 6 months. Both plans unlock all companions, NFC tag writing on compatible devices, unlimited companion slots, scene presets, and five extra kibbles on each day you visit with an active subscription. The app displays the localized total price and billing period before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Furmily account does not cancel your subscription. Restore purchases is available on the Pro screen.

Purchases are processed by your app store and are subject to its payment and refund rules and applicable consumer rights. For Apple purchase refund requests, visit Apple’s refund portal.

5. App license and ownership

Furmily and its content remain the property of their respective owners. Downloading the app does not transfer ownership of its software, artwork, or branding. For apps obtained through Apple’s App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app. These service terms supplement that license.

6. Ending your use

You may stop using Furmily at any time and delete your account in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or a breach of these terms, subject to applicable law. For deletion help, visit Support.

7. Availability and your rights

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or particular focus or wellbeing results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Please review the current terms when using the service.
